What taxes do I have to pay if I don’t live in the European Union?

For countries within the European Union applicable taxes are calculated and displayed at the end of the purchasing process, once you have entered your shipping address. These taxes will be based on your country's tax regulations and will be added to the total cost of your order.

The taxes applied will be those of the country of destination. In exceptional cases, European companies registered in the Register of Intra-Community Operators (ROI/VIES), with the exception of Spanish companies, will be exempt from paying taxes. For this regulation to be applicable, you must enter your identification number in the user profile in the shop.

Transactions made in non-EU countries are considered imports. In this case the import will be subject to VAT. This tax is payable when the goods arrive at customs (the tax is not payable in our shop at the time of purchase). The export will be DAP and the buyer/importer must also pay the corresponding customs duties.

It is important to note that when making international purchases destination country specific taxes or duties may apply that we cannot anticipate, as they vary according to local regulations and individual circumstances. We recommend that you check your country's customs and tax policies before making your purchase to better understand any possible charges that may apply.

In the case of sales to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, the transaction is considered an export, so the operation is exempt from VAT and it is up to the buyer or recipient to pay the IGIC or IPSI of the imported product.
